Computer Graphics And Responsibilities

INTEGRATED INSTRUMENT OF THE DISAINER OF COMPUTER GRAFICY DISARMAMENT

I. General

1. The computer graphic dispenser is in the Professional category and reports directly to the Chief.
2. The designer of the computer graphics is a person with higher technical education.
3. The appointment and release of a computer graphic designer shall be ordered by the Director-General upon presentation by the Director-General.
4. The computer graphics disiner should know:
   ♪ Types of software.
   ♪ Information processing technology.
   - Advanced domestic and foreign computer market.
   ♪ Labour regulations and standards.
   - Rules of internal employment.
   
5. The work of the computer designer is guided by a real official instruction.
6. The computer graphics of the Video Department report directly to the Chief of Unit.
7. At the time of the lack of a computer graphic designer (for illness, leave, mission, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the Director-General of the enterprise. The person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the quality and timely discharge of his or her duties.

II. Duties

1. Develops ideas, produces packages (graphic presentation) for inter-programme space, current authorship, commercial, advertising and television special projects.
2. Participates in the design and production of salmons (samoreclams), advertisements, anons and other video products.
3. Participates in the design and production of print, polygraph and other advertising, self-propelled products.
4. Controls the graphic presentation of programmes according to established standards, introduces changes as necessary.
5. Continuing feedback is maintained with the Chief of the Artistic Programmes Division on the quality of the graphics of the inter-programme space, current programmes for timely resolution.
6. Other responsibilities in accordance with the production requirements by order of the Chief of the Division.
